Production takes place in the UK using advanced British and German machining technology, ensuring precise profiles and clean, consistent edges. All timber is sustainably sourced from carefully selected sawmills in Northern France. Before machining, the oak is kiln-dried to 9–11% moisture content and stored under controlled conditions throughout the manufacturing process.
