Easy to sow and ideal for children and beginner gardeners, the seed tape allows for neat planting and even spacing along your rows. Sow from March to August for a harvest between April and October, and enjoy fresh radishes over a long period with staggered sowing every two weeks. How to Grow: – Choose a sunny, weed-free area and prepare the soil to a fine, crumbly texture. – Draw a shallow groove and carefully lay the tape along it, covering with 1cm (½”) of soil. – Keep the soil moist, thinning seedlings to 4cm (1½”) apart if necessary. – For multiple rows, maintain a 25cm (10″) gap. – The tape can be cut to suit any row length. – Regular harvesting ensures ongoing production and flavour. Aftercare: Maintain moist soil and remove weeds regularly. Harvest radishes when roots are firm for best taste. Continuous sowing will ensure a long-lasting supply.
